Products

What brands do you print on?
CYNY t-shirts are primarily printed on American Apparel and are 100% manufactured and printed in the USA. A few sizes that American Apparel couldn’t provide are sourced from Royal Apparel. The other products are sourced from a variety other brands all selected based on ethical manufacturing.

How do I know what size shirt to order?
Each product page has links to sizing charts. Refer to these charts and any special instructions given per product.

How should I care for my shirts? Will they shrink?
Although they are pre-shrunk, the best way to care for your shirts is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them on cold. Since all of the shirts have some percentage of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry.

Do you print your own products?
No. We focus on design and leave the printing to experts like our friends at RealThread.

Will you notify me when you release a new design or restock a current design?
Absolutely! Subscribe to the newsletter below, follow us on Twitter/Instagram/Facebook. We post updates about our products as well as occasional sales and specials.

 

Shipping

How long does it take for shirts to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 3-5 business days.

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the size of your order.  The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart.

Do you ship internationally?
Si. Oui. Yes.

You’ll want to give a shout to the worlds most wonderful fulfillment team at support@cyny.org. They would love to hear from you!

 

Store

What is your return policy?
Free returns and exchanges! Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Unworn and unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have further questions, please feel welcome to contact our customer service team at support@cyny.org!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through the safe and secure through Stripe. We also just started to accept Paypal!

How secure is your store?
This store uses Stripe and Paypal for payments, and both automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do you sell Gift Certificates?
No. Unfortunately, we do not have that ability at this time.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes, but we screen the companies who are interested in carrying our products. We want to make sure that CYNY is a good fit for the companies with which we work. If you would like more information, please contact Kelly Lantz at Kelly@cyny.org and include some background information about your shop/company.

Other

What does it mean when you say you give 100% of my donation to the cause?
Great question! This means that literally 100% of your funds go directly towards putting a child in school and the Impact Kit that we send you to show you the difference you've made.

Do you take clothing donations?
Unfortunately, we cannot at this time. Currently we don’t have the facility to store items received. At some point, that is our desire so we can give more to more folks! Thank you for your heart in asking!

Will you come speak at my school/concert/church/backyard?
CYNY would love to be a part of your event! For serious booking inquiries, please have an official representative from your organization contact Kelly@cyny.org.  We look forward to talking with you!
